You will find the farm of Oliverar next to the road that goes from the town of Espolla to the Vilars, in a place known as the "Barranc del Roser"

It is one of the few mountain olive groves still active that are preserved in the region. The steep terrain with considerable slopes, exposed to constant soil erosion by rain and wind, requires a lot of care and dedication.

The olive trees, many of them centuries old, are of the Picual and Argudell varieties, typical of the Albera area, strong and resistant to the tramontana, which produce high quality oil.

On the farm there is a natural water mine that we have channeled. From here spring the Font de l'Olivar, the Fountain of Lovers and the garden is supplied with water.
