The farm is today managed by Auri&Berni SL with the aim of enhancing the landscape and productive value with environmental sustainability methods. Likewise, there is the will that the space can be used for cultural and social purposes. Of particular importance is the vocation to generate wealth and jobs in the municipality. In this sense, the project, currently sponsored by a fashion firm, maintains two full-time employees.

• Rehabilitation of the existing space and the landscape, based on the most demanding environmental requirements.

• Reconstruction of the old stone walls, conservation of the existing beams and construction of a pool with twelve thousand liters of capacity.

• Land containment with a slope of dry stone at the threshold of the stream, to flatten the slopes and slow land drainage.
• Reconstruction of the most deteriorated banks with dry stone to prevent landslides in the banks.
• Recovery of eroded soil through the contribution of 27 earth trucks.
• Construction of stone terraces to prevent erosion of fertile soil, take advantage of rainwater and avoid water stress for olive trees.

• Sanitation, cleaning and installation of the mine's safety system and water channeling to the three supply points.

• Implementation of an action program aimed at making the farm profitable from a productive and landscape point of view.

• Farming that respects the ecosystem.

• Cultivation improvement:

- Replenishment of soil

- Plowing the land

- Pruning of the olive trees

- Enrichment of the soil through organic fertilizer

- Recovery of trees in situations of water stress

- Replacement of dead olive trees and grafting of new ones with indigenous varieties.
